I didn’t know it had a name other than Roundabout of Death!
I’ve ridden it many times before and since the upgrade, and the quirky bend there makes me wonder. However, every time I go thru it is safe to cut the corner (i.e, follow the ideal line, not the red line in your map) because the cars are running wide too – to go straight into Royal Pde.

Aaron, thanks for the offer, but they're not exactly woes, and one of our staff has already shot a number of excellent 360 panos around campus - but Google do have the integration bit sewn up. Just a pity their business practice doesn't match their excellent technology. Big fan of your work though.

I am with you on this. Your final comments cut to the heart of the matter. The business model for energy production requires a total overhaul. Finite, dangerous-byproduct-producing systems need to go.

What was also worth noticing that by continuing to lack a clear strategy/vision for app developers in regards to their platform(-s ??) and recent jump to QNX / Adobe-Air-only SDK (??!!), RIM has got the app development story so confused that even their own reps (!!) cannot clearly answer the developmentplatform/SDK/API question (which I was he one who asked it, btw

Their bet on AIR is based on _day_before_yesterdays_ assessment of the situation and is already out-of-date (nevermind by “H2 2011″ )

The only hope is that maybe RIM will finally get a decent web browser (i.e. WebKit-based) on these tablets (as opposed to 5 browsers on devices like BOLD/etc – and all really sub-stanard to say it the most politely…)

I had a similar experience this week (I didn't mention the close encounter with a dude in a MenoPorsche later on the same ride). I wonder what makes these things seem to happen all on the same day. I posed this question a while ago on Twitter, with the following responses (including yours!)

@adrian, yeah – I could have, but he was quite well behaved at other times – I’m reasonably convinced it was just a lapse. A dangerous lapse from an impatient driver, but pretty low on the scale compared to the other two.
